Note: Members of the public wishing to attend the planning committee meeting are also invited to attend an informal briefing with council officers on the conduct of the planning committee meeting, and how the opportunity for members of the public to address the planning committee may be used. This will take place at 5.00pm in advance of the committee meeting. The standard procedure note contained in the agenda papers states that objectors will be given three minutes to address the committee. However, at the discretion of the chair, for this meeting only, the following will be invited to address the meeting (if they are present and wish to speak) for not more than five minutes each: One representative of any objectors; The applicant and/or agent or operator or proposer; One representative of any supporters; Ward councillor from the locality in which the proposal is located.
